The park looks like a third world country. 'Wi-Fi did not work. Site next to us had a broken trailer with no windows, flat tires and was occupied.. Did not feel safe and asked for refund. Received all but sales tax. How Woodalls rates this a four star is a mystery. Almost all the sites are occupied by permanents residents. The place is a dump and that is being optimistic.

Very nice - large and long concrete pads - friendly staff one of the better rv parks if you need commercial services, fuel,restaurants etc.

Exceptionally clean and the owners on-site were very friendly - on location restaurant was a good value for the money and the service was quick and efficient. WiFi worked very well which seems to be the exception compared to recent RV parks we have stayed, attached camp store was well stocked. This is an above average park!!
